Xbox One X vs Xbox One S: What is the difference?

Xbox One X vs Xbox One S: What is the difference?
  • Release Date: 11/7/17

Note: Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X will all play the same games online with each other.

Summary

The new Xbox One X is more powerful than the Xbox One S hands down.  It will be able to handle more graphically intense games and content.  That being said, if you aren’t a hard core gamer you are probably fine sticking with your One or One S.  All games will be compatible with all of the Xbox systems (at different levels of performance of course) which is important to understand.
